This concrete dado and steel portal frame industrial building designed for OPD Developers Pty Ltd and constructed for their tenant, Decina Bathroom Products has been designed as a large isolated building under the National Construction Code and takes advantage of its corner site and two street frontage  to provide full circulation for fire appliances whilst sacrificing minimal site area.

The building’s position utilised the natural fall of the land to minimise the amount of earthworks required whilst still meeting the brief to provide a raised dock.

The project is made up of  9000m2 of warehouse and production area along with 500m2 of office and showroom.

The 100m long dock under the 10m wide awning, allows for two B-Double trucks to be side-loaded simultaneously.
