Designed to be as versatile as possible, this full concrete tilt-panel building is positioned on the site to take full advantage of the site’s natural fall to provide both raised and on-grade loading docks.
The building has been fitted out to provide a food grade, refrigerated production facility for the client’s tenant including an integrated, purpose built, drive-in freezer capable of temperatures of -25 degrees.
This is a great example of how careful design can create additional value to small projects.
